About the position

SE Cloud Experts, a leading provider of consulting, deployment and support services for Google Cloud enterprise solutions, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist the different teams within the organization, including the management team.

The person will play a key role in assisting the management team and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales objectives. The person will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks, as well as for the coordination between the various departments involved in the sales process.

Responsabilities

Assist management and the sales team:

  • Manage calendars and appointments for VP Strategic Accounts and Partnerships;
  • Prepare sales contracts for accounts related to VP Strategic Accounts & Partnerships;
  • Keep the CRM up to date for opportunities related to VP Strategic Accounts and Partnerships;
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities;
  • Provide administrative support to meet team needs.

Coordinate activities and tasks between departments:

  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and sales opportunities;
  • Prepare and present occupancy reports;
  • Manage the RFQ process;
  • Participate in updating capacity management tools for delivery teams.

Manage administrative tasks:

  • Assist in collection;
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis;
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations;
  • Participate in corporate projects.

Qualifications

The essentials:

  • College diploma in administration, marketing or related field
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience as a coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in writing, translating and editing content;
  • Perfectly bilingual;
  • Master the art of collaboration across all levels of the organization;
  • An interest in technology and innovation.

Plus points:

  • Knowledge of IT environments
  • Knowledge of the Google Workspace suite
